You'll lead the Accounting Operations function for a rapidly growing fusion energy company, overseeing AP, payroll, expense reporting, and state filings. You'll drive process improvements and automation to scale operations and support a world-changing mission. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AP, payroll, expense reporting, and state filing compliance operations
• Manage and develop a team of accounting operations professionals
• Partner with Supply Chain, FP&A, and ERP/IT on process improvements
• Own state filing compliance, corporate card program, and month-end close activities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting or finance operations experience
• 5+ years of supervisory or process-owner experience in finance
• Hands-on experience with AP, payroll, expense reporting, or state filings
• ERP fluency and ability to use data for process improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
• Experience in manufacturing or R&D environment
• CPA, CPP or other relevant certification
