You'll design scalable capacity planning frameworks for the Global Operations Center at Waymo, the autonomous driving leader. Your work will directly impact resource scaling decisions and shape executive narratives with clear P&L implications. This hybrid role offers the chance to partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on advanced models in a centralized planning ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own global capacity planning framework
• Translate complex capacity models into decisive executive narratives
• Oversee vendor partnerships for structural efficiency and SLA compliance
• Perform technical deep-dives to validate capacity models

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in capacity planning, commercial operations, S&OP, or strategic program management
• Proven ability to drive collaborations with strategic partnership teams
• Direct expertise building capacity models within scaled enterprise platforms like Anaplan

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• Proven success managing P&L impacts and unit economics in high-growth environment
• Experience scaling human-in-the-loop oversight operations for autonomous vehicles
