Description
You will own the end-to-end process of calculating and distributing sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of variable payouts. You'll manage the commission tool (Spiff), create reporting structures, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale the sales commissions function at a fast-growing database company.
