You'll guide a small team of 8-10 operators through daily production tasks in a manufacturing environment. You'll monitor takt time adherence and escalate issues to maintain quality and safety. This role combines hands-on work with peer coaching and continuous improvement activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily tasks alongside the team within assigned station or cell
• Monitor team adherence to takt time and escalate risks to supervisor
• Provide peer coaching and informal training to newer team members
• Lead daily team huddles and update production boards
• Support quality checks and ensure standard work instructions are followed

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of production or assembly experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of standard work, quality expectations, and takt time
• Good communication and peer leadership skills
• Willingness to support and coach others while performing production work

• Experience with Lean tools (5S, standard work, visual boards)
• Peer mentorship or informal training
