- Conduct phone-based customer consulting and active sales of credit solutions.
- Serve as main contact from first contact to contract closure.
- Create tailored offers based on customer needs.

- Proven sales experience in direct sales or telesales.
- Experience selling financial, banking or insurance products.
- Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
