• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers

📋 Requirements

• 1-year experience in mortgage operations
• Managed a borrower pipeline with daily customer communication
• Experience with loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA preferred)
