💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Workday HCM subject matter expert, focusing on Benefits module configuration and global expansion initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that power employee experience. This role drives major Workday releases and ensures system compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Workday modules including Benefits and Absence/Time Tracking
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and IT to improve business processes
• Lead end-to-end system configuration for evolving business needs
• Drive Workday releases and regression testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience within Workday HCM
• 3+ years in at least one other functional area (Benefits, Absence, etc.)
• 5+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM reporting
• Experience in a SOX compliant environment

• Workday Certification in HCM
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization
