💼 About This Role

You'll own Nitra's product vision and strategy across finance, procurement, patient management, AI HR, and marketplace. You'll lead a team of product managers, partner with co-founders, and drive discovery with healthcare customers to ship features that improve clinic workflows. This role offers ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all verticals
• Lead and develop a team of product managers
• Align product strategy with co-founders and executive leadership
• Drive discovery and validation with healthcare customers
• Define and own key product metrics

📋 Requirements

• Experience scaling a product from scratch at a VC-backed health tech company
• Deep health tech domain knowledge in clinics or health systems
• Experience at a high-growth company pre-Series C without a full playbook
• Proven track record of managing and developing a product team
