🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide therapeutic exercises and gait training in patient homes.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments under supervision.
• Document patient care within 24-48 hours.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety.

📋 Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License with clean record.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• One year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior home health experience.
• Experience treating high acuity patients.
