You will lead global payroll implementation projects in the APAC region, acting as a subject matter expert, managing client kick-offs and handovers, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll work with a fully remote team to improve our HR platform and drive process standardization.

Requirements

  • Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
  • Expert legislative knowledge in APAC (ideally Australia or Singapore)
  • Payroll implementation experience (ideally Australia or Singapore)
  • Proficient in payroll tools like SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
  • Serve as subject matter expert for APAC region on sales calls and client meetings
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
  • Mentor and support Payroll Generalists
  • Collaborate with internal teams on platform improvements and UAT testing
