You'll partner with Account Executives to identify hotel operational pain points and revenue gaps, acting as a subject matter expert in hospitality technology throughout the sales cycle. You'll deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate business value and ROI to enterprise and mid-market hotel opportunities. This role offers the chance to shape consultative selling across North America at a leading open hotel commerce platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls to identify hotel pain points
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to hotel segments
- Articulate business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes
- Train and enable Sales teams on hospitality fundamentals
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience in hotel operations or revenue management
- Strong understanding of hotel systems including PMS, channel managers, and booking engines
- Proven ability to connect operational challenges to business outcomes
- Experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales or consultative role
