You'll lead a data engineering function to become a strategic enabler for insights and innovation. You'll own data quality, cost governance, and operational efficiency at scale. This role reports directly to the CTO, shaping how data unlocks value across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve data engineering strategy with pragmatism and forward-thinking architecture.
• Ensure data quality, availability, accessibility with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Optimize data infrastructure for cost-efficiency, scalability, and ease of use.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers fostering ownership and impact.

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in modern data tooling like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks.
• Experience supporting ML/AI initiatives and integrating data engineering with model development.

✨ Nice to Have

• B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science from a reputed university.
• Track record of corralling data in a consumer facing application.
