You'll own paid social channels across TikTok and Meta, driving customer acquisition for an all-in-one fintech platform. Your campaigns will directly impact growth for a company backed by Walmart. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta.
- Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding to meet CPA/ROAS goals.
- Run high-volume creative testing with Social and Creative teams.
- Analyze performance and scale winners or pause underperformers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing or paid social in B2C/D2C/fintech.
- Hands-on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, conversion.
- Proven ability in creative testing and scaling growth strategies.
