You'll own paid social channels across TikTok and Meta, driving customer acquisition for an all-in-one fintech platform. Your campaigns will directly impact growth for a company backed by Walmart. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding to meet CPA/ROAS goals.
  • Run high-volume creative testing with Social and Creative teams.
  • Analyze performance and scale winners or pause underperformers.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing or paid social in B2C/D2C/fintech.
  • Hands-on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, conversion.
  • Proven ability in creative testing and scaling growth strategies.
