💼 About This Role

You'll join a top-level SEAL team providing home care for medically complex clients. You'll ensure adequate staffing, train new nurses, and fill critical gaps. This role offers a higher pay rate and enhanced benefits for your flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Train and precept new onboarding nurses
• Float to support the area of biggest need
• Commit to working agreed upon shifts

📋 Requirements

• Current valid RN license
• Homecare experience
• Willingness to train to top of license (trach, vent, IVs)

• Experience with infant and pediatric care
• Willingness to attend school with clients
