Description

You will oversee financial operations for assigned properties, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You'll prepare monthly packages, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of public accounting or commercial real estate accounting experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of GAAP, especially real estate accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred); CPA a plus
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, Skyline, JD Edwards, or CTI (desired)

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledgers including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Review annual expense reconciliation schedules and tenant billings.
• Assist with audits and prepare working papers and financial statements.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
