Description

You will work under a licensed engineer on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for new construction and renovation in educational, healthcare, corporate, and science/technology sectors. You'll prepare load calculations and energy models, create Revit/BIM models and construction drawings, review submittals, and assist with specifications and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus
• EIT/FE preferred, LEED accreditation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design piping and equipment selection for HVAC systems under supervision
• Prepare building load calculations and energy models using software
• Create Revit/BIM modeling of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection construction drawings
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with contract documents
• Assist with specifications, RFI responses, change order reviews, and site visits
