You will own the end-to-end web strategy for Harness.com, acting as the single-threaded owner of website strategy and organic growth. This strategic role focuses on discoverability, conversion, and pipeline impact, not day-to-day publishing.

Requirements

• Strategic SEO/AEO ownership experience
• Experience with Webflow and modern web tooling
• Proven track record of driving pipeline impact through web strategy
• Ability to manage external agencies and vendors
• Strong analytical skills with focus on measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web strategy for Harness.com, aligning site architecture with business goals
• Own organic discoverability strategy across traditional search and AI-driven answer engines
• Lead keyword strategy, content gap analysis, and competitive audits
• Own Webflow platform strategy including site architecture, CMS structure, and governance
• Optimize conversion paths and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates
