You'll launch a new growth initiative at the intersection of professional learning and AI, identifying partnership opportunities and shaping early-stage agreements in discovery mode. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partnerships with corporate growth priorities and build scalable GTM models.

• Scan the AI ecosystem for emerging trends and partnership opportunities.
• Initiate and cultivate relationships with AI-native companies and tech innovators.
• Structure and negotiate early-stage agreements for experimentation and learning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partnership initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management.
• 5+ years in fast-paced, execution-driven roles.
• Track record of closing partnerships/alliances in AI, data marketplace, or ML infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
