Requirements
- 5+ years experience in administrative support, ideally in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities
- Sound judgment and comfort with confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in English
- Proactive mindset and solutions-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for 2-3 GTM executives
- Proactively handle logistics, expenses, and administrative follow-ups
- Support planning and execution of QBRs, leadership meetings, and marketing events
- Anticipate needs and bring structure to busy schedules
- Track and coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings and events
