💼 About This Role

You'll support and improve manufacturing quality for solid-state battery pilot lines at Solid Power. Your core impact is analyzing quality data, performing statistical analysis, and driving root cause corrective actions. This role offers hands-on work in fast-growing battery technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, and analyze quality data for incoming, in-process, and final products
• Perform statistical analysis including capability studies and control charts
• Develop and maintain inspection and sampling plans
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or quality
• Proficient with quality tools (Pareto, 5-Why, fishbone) and statistical software (Minitab/JMP)
• Hands-on experience with laboratory/manufacturing testing (chemical, mechanical, electrical)

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001)
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI)
