💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits using your fandom knowledge. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets at a pop culture retail store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Communicate fashion & music trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.

✨ Nice to Have

• Love for music and pop culture.
• Avenger-like communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
