You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting. Your core impact is delivering human-centered care as part of a team dedicated to transforming healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to supervise NP/PA colleagues and perform in-office procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State licensed in Massachusetts before start date.
