Description
You will design, build, and operate a cloud-native data platform based on Snowflake and public cloud infrastructure, owning the full lifecycle from provisioning and data lake architecture to transformation pipelines and security enforcement. Your work enables reliable, governed, and scalable data access across the organization.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) covering storage, networking, IAM
- Strong Snowflake administration skills including RBAC, Data Sharing, external tables, Snowpark
- Proficiency in dbt (Core or Cloud) for model development, testing, documentation
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as Terraform
- Experience with pipeline orchestration using Snowflake Scheduling, Apache Airflow, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud environments (storage, networking, IAM) on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Architect and administer Snowflake as unified Data Lake and Data Warehouse
- Define and enforce Data Access Policies with encryption, IAM, and Snowflake network policies
- Build and maintain dbt transformation models with Git-based version control
- Define platform standards and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption
