You'll deliver full-cycle accounting support for high-growth startups and SMBs, managing everything from AP/AR to month-end close and financial statements. You'll collaborate with a team of accounting professionals while leveraging cutting-edge cloud tools. This fully remote role offers hands-on mentoring and career growth into Accounting Manager or Controller roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, month-end close, and financial statements
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health
• Collaborate with team to cross-train and balance workloads

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience including month-end close
• QuickBooks Online experience required
• Bilingual - English/Spanish

✨ Nice to Have

• Sage Intacct experience preferred
• QuickBooks Online certification preferred
