Description

As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will strategically lead clinical and support teams through a shared governance framework, driving high-reliability practices, safety, quality, and client experience across all service lines. You will partner with executive leadership and the Clinical Council to advance innovation and ensure exceptional home-based care.

Requirements

• MSN required; Doctorate (DNP/PhD) preferred
• 10+ years nursing leadership with enterprise-wide performance improvement responsibility
• Highly analytical, strategic mindset with project management skills
• Executive-level financial and business acumen
• Experience driving business process improvements (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma)

• Develop and communicate core values of The BAYADA Way
• Foster clinical enterprise leveraging practice leaders to establish standards
• Guide triad (practice president, clinical leader, CNO) for strategic direction
• Drive measurable improvement in clinical indicators, client satisfaction, and engagement
• Lead annual enterprise clinical strategic planning with multiple stakeholders
