💼 About This Role

You'll lead HR and Payroll workstreams for a major ERP implementation at a national laboratory. You'll drive project operations, coordinate teams, and manage risks to deliver on program objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive day-to-day project operations within HR and Payroll workstreams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Identify, document, and manage workstream-level risks and dependencies
• Coordinate with functional teams and vendors for timely deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience (5+ managing ERP workstreams)
• U.S. citizenship required
• ERP implementation experience with HR and Payroll components
• Experience managing HR and Payroll migrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience transitioning from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA
• PMP certification
