Requirements

5+ years commercial HVAC experience
Customer focus with strong product knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing HVAC equipment and service sales projects
Build partnering relationships with owners and consulting engineers
Utilize manufacturer selection programs to design system solutions
Create competitive estimates, bids, and cost/benefit analyses
Oversee sales process with project management and estimation teams
