🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle of complex services contracts
• Provide strategic guidance on contract structuring and risk mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and project teams
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level contract professionals

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressively complex contract administration experience
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing various contract types
• Strong understanding of contract law and risk management
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience within Contracts or Legal teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with federal contracting and large systems integrator terms
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and federal agency regulations
• Master's degree or Juris Doctorate
