Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the US
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work physically

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
• Sort and store clean dishes and utensils appropriately
• Assist with trash and recycling removal
