💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll cover the sales floor, process transactions, help train new recruits, and assist with daily operations. This part-time role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with leadership development in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
