Crafting Technical Success Plans and collaborating with account teams are key to eliminating friction and growing ARR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Technical Success Plans for each customer.
• Collaborate with account team to drive ongoing technical coverage.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions in customer environments.
• Proactively recommend enhancements to increase consumption.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Fluency in German (required).
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Elastic Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search.
• Familiarity with Elastic Stack (ELK).
• Background in cloud-based software solutions.
