💼 About This Role

You'll build Suno's legal operations and strategy function from the ground up, owning contract management, legal tech stack, and cross-functional strategy. You'll ensure high-priority business initiatives stay unblocked and well-supported. This high-autonomy role reports to the General Counsel and rewards initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, implement, and manage legal technology stack
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and build scalable processes
• Manage outside counsel relationships and budget tracking
• Build KPI dashboards for legal team performance and spend

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations with legal ops focus
• Proven track record building or scaling legal ops from early stages
• Expertise in CLM platforms (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth technology or AI company
• Familiarity with AI-powered legal tools
• CLOC certification or equivalent training
