Description

You will join the Solutions Engineering team at Bitwarden to help users and prospective customers engage with our products. You'll become a product expert, conduct demos, handle technical inquiries, and design proof-of-concepts to bridge the gap between confusion and confidence for prospects adopting Bitwarden.

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Project planning and time management
• Passion for supporting team and sharing knowledge
• Experience from technical position (e.g. Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Bitwarden suite of services
• Conduct implementation demos and product Q&A
• Attend deal cadence calls with Account Executives
• Report product feedback to Product/Engineering
• Build scripts and integrations for pre-sales proof-of-concepts
