Description
You will perform hands-on in vivo studies using murine models to advance genetic medicines delivered via engineered recombinases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate anti-tumor efficacy and pharmacodynamics, and communicate findings to drive project direction.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Pharmacology, Immunology, or related field with 1+ years experience, or Bachelor's with 3+ years
- Hands-on in vivo pharmacology expertise including mouse handling, IV injection, tumor model development
- Ability to execute, interpret, and troubleshoot in vivo studies
- Experience with thawing and infusing T cells, PBMCs, or other immune cells into mice
- Meticulous record-keeping and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preclinical immuno-oncology efficacy and pharmacodynamic studies
- Culture and prepare tumor cells and PBMCs for injections; process samples for downstream analyses
- Analyze and interpret data; produce study reports
- Communicate findings to internal teams
- Maintain detailed laboratory records per SOPs and IACUC protocols
