You'll integrate new technical methods into the shipyard's capabilities and lead the transition from low-rate to high-volume production. You'll also drive digital transformation by converting anecdotal shipbuilding knowledge into scalable formats.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interpret blueprints to ensure production specifications
• Drive root cause problem solving for yield and rework
• Support transition from low-rate to high-volume production
• Onboard new automated production assets

📋 Requirements

• Production engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches
• Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis
• Willingness to work aloft and in confined spaces

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with shipbuilding or marine industry
• Familiarity with production management software
• Knowledge of automation and digital transformation
