Description

In this role, you will manage and optimize our internal IT infrastructure, including network, identity management, and third-party systems. You'll ensure reliability, security, and efficiency while providing technical support to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Proven experience with IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and federated identity (SAML, SSO).
• Experience administering third-party business systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom).
• Familiarity with security best practices and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain local area networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Architect and administer IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) for secure user access.
• Implement and manage federated identity systems (SAML, OIDC, SSO).
• Administer critical third-party SaaS and on-premise applications; manage vendor relationships and integrations.
• Implement security measures, configure monitoring/logging tools, manage patch management and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support; maintain knowledge base and manage IT asset inventory.
