💼 About This Role

You'll oversee a critical portfolio of projects, acting as the primary senior point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll drive successful delivery, manage commercial viability, and build strong customer relationships. You'll also identify new business opportunities and lead cross-functional teams as a strategic consultant in Applied AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end project portfolio ensuring quality and commercial margins
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships, managing scope and expectations
• Lead project meetings and communicate clear direction to teams and clients
• Identify risks early and implement mitigating actions for project success

📋 Requirements

• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably property & casualty insurance
• Understanding of commercial insurance value chain and AI application
• Proven experience in technology project delivery from consulting or data background
• Ability to translate between technical detail and business challenges
