💼 About This Role

You'll work as a Registered Behavior Technician® in school settings, supporting students with Autism and IDDs. You'll implement behavior plans, collect data, and foster independence under the guidance of clinical support. This role offers flexible scheduling and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly with students in the classroom following service plans
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers
• Document interventions and collect behavior data
• Support students in acquiring and maintaining skills

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) certification or willingness to pursue
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR passage of ParaPro Praxis
