You will provide excellent guest service at Galaxy Park, handling inquiries, processing transactions, registering customers for programs, and ensuring facility safety protocols are followed. You'll be part of AEG, a leader in live entertainment, contributing to memorable fan experiences.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office
• Stand for minimum 6 hours; work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide venue and program information
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, in person, and email
• Process POS transactions for merchandise and beverages
• Assist with customer registration and booking of field rentals and parties
• Help setup and breakdown equipment for sports courts and event spaces
