You will lead the HR Business Partner and People Shared Services teams, architecting a modern service delivery model that enables strategic partnership and operational excellence. You'll own the HR tech ecosystem, including AI and automation strategy, to accelerate business outcomes and enhance employee experience for 4,000+ employees.

Requirements

• 12+ years HR leadership in complex environments
• Track record leading organizational design and transformation
• Experience implementing HR tech stacks with AI/automation
• Demonstrated success coaching senior HR leaders
• Systems thinking and business-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a clear People agenda
• Act as trusted advisor to CPO and executive team
• Ensure HRBPs are equipped as strategic partners
• Mature Shared Services into high-scale, data-driven team
• Design processes and workflows for operational excellence
