You'll shape and scale an AI-enhanced customer support function for a fast-growing SaaS company, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries while driving process improvements through automation. Your work will directly impact service quality and the experience of thousands of users across multiple industries.

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries across all communication channels
  • Design and optimize support workflows using Zendesk or Intercom
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools to automate recurring tasks
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
  • Professional use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Fluent English and German (C1 level)
