Description

You will own the critical bridge between engineering design and full-rate production for advanced autonomous systems, developing robust manufacturing processes and creating detailed plans to scale mission-critical defense hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with process development and production planning background
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) environment
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (mechanical assembly, electrical integration, composite fabrication, etc.)
• Proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T
• Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and qualify robust manufacturing processes for complex maritime systems
• Author and maintain comprehensive manufacturing plans, work instructions, and MES process routings
• Own creation and maintenance of Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM)
• Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and producibility assessments
• Identify, specify, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and test equipment
