💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic overhaul of the Pigment Partner Network, designing a multi-track program for services, technology, data, and powered-by-Pigment partners. You'll own the partner portal roadmap and establish a Partner Quality Scorecard to ensure every engagement meets the Pigment Standard.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic overhaul of the Pigment Partner Network.
• Design and manage a multi-track partner program globally.
• Own the roadmap for the Partner Portal.
• Establish a Partner Quality Scorecard.
• Own global partner communications strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations
• 4+ years working with Business of Partnerships and financial models
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Crossbeam, PRM platforms (e.g., PartnerStack/Allbound)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a partner program from initial setup to global multi-million dollar engine
• Experience managing programs spanning multiple partner types (Global SIs, Boutique Consultancies, Technology Alliances)
• Understanding of FP&A/EPM or Business Intelligence landscape
