Description

You will build and execute robust testing strategies for CPI Security's Salesforce Customer 360 implementation and AWS integrations. Your work ensures the quality and performance of enterprise systems that support both customer and internal user experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on QA Engineering experience with strong understanding of software testing principles
• Experience with Salesforce testing across Customer 360 components
• Knowledge of AWS-based integrations and ability to test data flows between cloud systems and Salesforce
• Strong skills in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Proficiency in testing and project management tools like Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and automated scripts for Salesforce Customer 360 features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, CPQ, Field Service, ERP)
• Design and execute end-to-end, regression, and smoke test scenarios across front-end, middleware, and backend systems
• Validate data integrations between Salesforce platforms and AWS-based services, including API validation, data flows, and error handling
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and architecture
• Perform defect triage, log issues in Jira, and follow up through resolution
