🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive long-term technical vision for creative platform architecture.
• Lead design and launch of new ad formats (image, video, playable).
• Act as technical authority connecting creative systems with auction and ranking models.
• Provide cross-organizational technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience at Staff or Principal level.
• End-to-end understanding of digital ad creative delivery challenges.
• Hands-on experience designing creative processing systems (ingestion, validation, rendering).
• Experience launching new ad formats end-to-end across multiple teams.
