Description

You will serve as the senior clinical and strategic leader for a late-stage oncology program, owning the global clinical development strategy and overseeing pivotal studies. You will drive cross-functional alignment and represent the program to health authorities and external experts, directly impacting the development of novel targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers.

Requirements

• Experienced oncology drug-development leader with end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution.
• Deep expertise in pancreatic and colorectal cancers.
• Proven ability to set clinical direction and drive alignment across functions.
• Experience with regulatory engagement and health authority interactions.
• Senior leadership presence at Executive Director level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global clinical development strategy for the assigned program.
• Develop and maintain Target Product Profile (TPP) and Clinical Development Plan (CDP).
• Accountable for design, execution, and delivery of pivotal Phase 2/3 studies.
• Serve as senior clinical representative in global health authority interactions.
• Lead cross-functional Global Development Team in partnership with Project Team Leader.
