Description

In this role, you will help customers implement secure machine identity practices using the AppViewX product suite. You'll act as a trusted advisor, drive product adoption, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure retention and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 11 years experience with network, firewall, and load balancer automation
• 11 years experience with cryptography (SSL certificates and SSH keys)
• 7 years experience with CLM Operations and PKI
• 7 years experience with IAM including servers, devices, and IoT endpoints

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and adoption efforts
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks
• Conduct technical reviews and demonstrate ROI
• Develop and execute customer success plans
