π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end strategic delivery for enterprise-level client programs.
- Partner with pre-sale strategists to ensure seamless transitions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Client Services, and BI.
- Develop and mentor a team of strategists across multiple portfolios.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, integrated marketing, social, content, or influencer within an agency environment.
- Experience leading strategic delivery for enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals.
- Partnering with Business Intelligence teams to drive insights-led strategy and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire strategists in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
