Description

You will lead the development of AI/ML, decision systems, and mission planning applications, setting the technical vision and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for national security clients.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/ maintain Security Clearance
• Master's or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, CS, Physics, EE, or related field
• 10+ years R&D experience in AI/ML, software, decision systems
• Proven leadership managing high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of software development principles and Agile/DevOps

Responsibilities

• Set technical vision and direction for programs
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, cloud, and data solutions
• Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
