Description

You will lead HR strategy for India, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and the People Leadership Team. You'll shape people initiatives, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a high-performing HR team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience including HR leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of India labor law and HR compliance
  • Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations
  • Proven success in building business partnerships and leading through change
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Drive local execution of organizational design and change initiatives
  • Ensure consistent delivery of core people processes (performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews)
  • Oversee employee relations and compliance with India labor law
